We offer refunds inline with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Refunds will be issued by store credit, direct exchange or a card reversal. Please note for if you do not want a direct exchange or store credit; card reversals are only possible on the same card you purchased the order with.
Please email impermissiblemovement@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis and the final decision is at our sole discretion.
This policy is governed by the state of South Australia and by ACL. Any term of this Refund Policy which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity or enforceability of the remainder of this Refund Policy is not affected.
We ship Australia wide. Within Adelaide we may offer local delivery at no charge. Shipping is supplied by Australia Post with either standard or express delivery options. Your order is insured by Australia Post for a value of up to $100. Australia Post will not require signature upon delivery.
